Positive, Loved the fantastic location just by St Florian's Gate. Breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the fresh rolls and chocolate marble cake. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our comfy room was clean and perfect for relaxing after exploring.

I found the location challenging for those with vehicles, as there was no convenient parking for luggage drop-off. The breakfast offered was quite monotonous, with stale cereals and limited fresh options. Climbing three sets of stairs to reach our room was exhausting, especially as we were not informed about the lack of a lift beforehand.

the hotel floryan is super well located, just a short walk from the main square. the staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready to chat and make sure we felt at home. our room was modern and clean, perfect for resting after exploring krakow. breakfast was decent with a good selection of hot and cold options. they even allowed pets for a fee, which was a bonus for dog lovers!

but there was no lift, so carrying our bags up a few flights of stairs was tough. also, our room wasn't fresh upon check-in, but they offered to change it.
